Over the past nine years, I have had hundreds of
people ask me, email me, and write me about the process of selling a
home by owner. Finally one day someone asked me, "Why don't you
put this information on the web so I don't have to constantly bother
you?" With that question, the little light bulb went on over my
head.
Though the process of transferring the data from
the real world to the digital world has taken a little longer than I
like, FSBOProfessor.com is the digital equivalent of the seminars,
pamphlets, books, and on-site consulting that I have done over the
years.
The purpose of this website is to educate and
inform eager home sellers about the trials and tribulations of selling a
home by owner. The resources and information are based upon
personal experience as a Realtor®, a mortgage broker,
a real estate investor, and a home owner.
I encourage my visitors to
contact me with any questions, needed updates or broken links on the
website, or additional thoughts on any of the included subject matters.
